Irregular surface test:
This is an extension of the EN standard irregular surface test: focused on durability and endurance of frame, fabric, and tyres. We have enhanced the test by pushing our buggies longer and further, with increased obstacles and weights.
Tire testing:
To ensure that you have the most durable tires on your buggy, we continue to undergo puncture resistance testing and tread wear resistance on all our tires.
Stair ascent:
We have developed a vigorous test to prove the strength and durability of the frame and handle adjustors.
Climatic testing:
With our buggies being sold from equator to pole, many will be forced under some extreme temperature conditions.
To prove we can handle anything, we have tested the standards tests below within extreme temperatures of 140°F to -4°F.
